Taxi Marshals with Black Cabs at major events puts trust in your company to ensure all guests and staff get home safe.
DO I NEED TAXI MARSHALS FOR MY EVENT?
Your guests have had a great evening and you have put on a wonderful event. Now they have to look for a taxi to get home, don’t spoil the end of a perfect evening by letting your guests look for taxis or a telephone number to get home. Our taxi marshals will ensure taxis are available outside your venue.
HOW WOULD CORPORATE BLACK CABS ENSURE TAXIS ARE READY AND AVAILABLE FOR MY GUESTS AFTER THE EVENT
Ahead of your event we publicise your event to all London Black Cabs drivers. During the event, if needed, a taxi marshal will be on the main road hailing empty taxis. As part of the service, we can arrange taxi shares which enables the marshals to place up to 5 or 6 passengers in the same taxi, this reduces waiting times and allows the passengers to share the fare that are going in the same direction.
HOW MANY MARSHALS ARE NEEDED
Because every event is totally different, we cannot say until we know where the event is taking place, but as a rough guide.
- Up to 350 guests 2/3 Marshals
- 350 to 700 guests 3/4 Marshals
- 700 to 1000 guests 4/5 Marshals
HOW MUCH DOES TAXI MARSHALS COST AND ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES
The charge is £240.00 for a minimum 3 hour booking, then £70 per hour thereafter per marshal and a 10% event management fee.
CAN YOU ARRANGE TAXIS FOR STAFF AFTER THE EVENT
We can supply taxis to ensure your staff reach home safely.
HOW DO WE PAY FOR THIS SERVICE
You can pay Credit Card or by bank transfer upon invoice received or open a Corporate Account.
